Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition for returns

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. All items must be in their original condition.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@mojistuff.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Return shipping

For all other returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can’t issue a refund for a return we don’t receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
